Guruli Window Representation LLC was founded in 2019 in Houston, USA.
The product we are producing was invented in 2015 by Georgian businessman and scientist Ivane Chkhaidze and his partner Gogi Chechelashvili. The first patent was granted in 2015 in the Republic of Georgia.
We have also patented the product in Japan, China and India. In addition, we are waiting for patents in Europe and in the USA.
Unlike ordinary curtains, it uses the space between the parallel panes of the window.
After a mechanical rotation, the space gets filled with an opaque substance of glass beads and small homogeneous granite flakes.
When it comes to “green production” and energy conservation, we can state that our curtain created with glass beads is definitely more environmentally green and energy-saving than all other curtains.
There are incomparably less natural or artificial raw materials and energy spent on its manufacturing and operation than in any other case.
Glass beads are made of recycled materials.
Our curtain does not need to be washed or ironed, which means that electrical or physical energy is not consumed, energy is limited only by the Earth’s gravity.
In this regard, it is a real “champion” among existing competitors.
At the international level, our product first appeared in 2019 in Geneva at the Palexpo exhibition.
The presented prototype caused a lot of positive emotions among attendees.
In Switzerland, we also took the first steps in the search for international partners.
After the Geneva International Exhibition in 2019, we were able to improve dramatically.
With the help of Georgian and foreign contractors, simple details are individually manufactured for us in different countries from different materials.

Innovation and product quality remain at the heart of everything we do. In June 2025, we proudly presented the Guruli Window at VivaTech in Paris—one of Europe’s most influential tech and startup exhibitions—where we received enthusiastic interest from attendees, innovators, and industry experts.
This follows our earlier showcases at the Geneva International Exhibition in 2019, where we debuted our invention, and the Houston Build Expo in 2023, where we participated as a main sponsor.
We are now entering an exciting new phase: continuing to perfect the technical details of our product, conducting in-depth testing to ensure optimal performance and simplicity, and actively seeking visionary partners and investors to join us on this journey.
